Memories are tied to emotions. The stronger the emotion the stronger the memory. Think about it. All of your strong early memories are tied to the strong emotional state that you were in. We therefore remember the very sad, frightening or, hopefully, happy moments in our lives. The programmes offered by Neural Pathways all have one thing in common - they are enjoyable so that you remember more. They use a mixture of group activities, PowerPoint presentations and group discussions to achieve your learning objectives. Where appropriate we will also use video material or music to reinforce the learning points. You only build your neural pathways when you relate new material to previous experiences. I therefore ensure that the tools can be used back in the workplace. In order to ensure that the training is effective for your organisation, each programme is tailored to form a bespoke solution. It is based on the needs of delegates, expressed in the form of clear objectives, that will deliver a specific improvement to your organisation.
